NFL Training Camps Opening Soon

By | June 28, 2010

Another round of team OTAs are wrapping up in the NFL, and it will not be too much longer before teams begin reporting for training camp.

Training camp marks the unofficial start of the professional football season for die-hard fans everywhere. It is a great time to get excited about your team and purchase merchandise like football memorabilia, specifically, autographed football helmets.

Training camp also offers an excellent opportunity for fans to get closer than ever to the players and gather their favorite football autographs.

Taking place on college campuses or in quaint locations, training camp is the closest thing to team intimacy that one can find in the NFL. Many teams have even set up store complexes where fans can buy hats, football jerseys and autographed football memorabilia.

The Cleveland Browns will be the first team to open their 2010 camp when they take the field in Berea, Ohio, on July 23. The rest of the league will begin shortly after with the final teams reporting on August 1.
